Work Order/Suggestions

Hello Neighbors,

As you walk around our Harbour Club Building C community  you may see something that needs to be repaired or needs attention,or you may have a great suggestion , please let us know.

Include the following.
  • Date you saw the issue ( last week, last month, today......)
  • Location of the problem (which area...garage,mailbox,lobby,elevator,stairwell.. )
  • Brief description ( I noticed that the.....)
This is feedback is NOT about the social issues of pool rules, bad behavior or dogs ! This feedback ONLY relates to the common areas  everybody uses  at HARBOUR CLUB C building  ONLY. USE the HCCA website for the issues related to common areas of the WHOLE community.


This feedback is about the general maintenance and upkeep of  the common areas of our Building Harbour Club C and keeping it in best condition we can to maintain value, but if we haven't seen it we can't fix it, we need you help too :-)
